The EPF6010A, a member of the FLEX® 6000 device family, provides 880 registers; 5,000-10,000 gates; and a large number of storage elements for complex circuit applications such as digital signal processing, wide data-path manipulation, and data transformation. The EPF6010A meets the low power and voltage requirements of 3.3-V applications ranging from notebook computers to battery-operated, hand-held equipment.
The EPF6016A is available in 100-pin TQFP packages with 67 I/O pins and 144-pin TQFP packages with 98 I/O pins. (See Note (11)) The device has 880 logic cells grouped into 88 LABs, which are arranged into four rows and 22 columns. Each I/O element contains a bidirectional I/O buffer. The device also contains four dedicated fast inputs for synchronous or asynchronous control signals with large fan-outs. The EPF6010A supports in-circuit reconfiguration and JTAG BST. The EPF6010A JTAG Instruction Register length is 3 and the Boundary-Scan Register length is 522.
| Preliminary support for new device packages may be available for this device. Pin-outs for devices with preliminary support are subject to change. For information on preliminary device support, refer to Quartus® II Software Release Notes, available on the Altera® web site. For complete information on the EPF6010A device, refer to the current FLEX 6000 Programmable Logic Device Family Data Sheet, which is available from the Literature section of the Altera web site. |
