Embedded System Block ATOM <name> cannot have more than two clear signals, or more than one clear signal per port

CAUSE 1: The specified Embedded System Block (ESB) ATOM uses more than two clear signals, but the APEX II device you specified for the current design supports only a maximum of two clear signals per ESB.
ACTION: Modify the design so the ESB ATOM requires no more than two clear signals.
CAUSE 2: The specified Embedded System Block (ESB) ATOM, which implements bidirectional dual-port RAM or is being used in packing mode as two independent 2,048-bit single-port RAM blocks, requires more than one clear signal for Port A or for Port B. However, the APEX II device you specified for the current design supports only a maximum of one of each signal per ESB port.
ACTION: Modify the design so the ESB ATOM requires no more than one clear signal per port.
