Quartus

PLL <name> must contain internal parameter <name>

CAUSE: The specified PLL must contain the specified internal parameter when the clk, extclk, enable0, or enable1 port has a fanout. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager command (Tools menu).
ACTION: Specify an internal parameter value of clk_counter, extclk_counter, enable0_counter, or enable1_counter for the PLL.
