Can't place carry chain of chain length <number> that starts with logic cell <number> because it is too long for the current device, which can contain a chain no longer than chain length <number>

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the current design into the selected device because the design contains a carry chain that is longer than the device can contain.
ACTION: Delete the carry chain or break the chain up into smaller chains in the design.
