Can't place I/O node <name> in I/O bank <number> -- I/O node <name> uses an LVDS I/O standard but I/O bank <number> does not support VCCIO voltage of 0 or 3.3V

CAUSE: You or the Fitter assigned the specified I/O node that uses the LVDS I/O standard to the specified I/O bank. However, the Fitter cannot place the I/O node in the I/O bank because the I/O bank does not support VCCIO voltage of 0 or 3.3V, which the LVDS I/O standard requires.
ACTION: Delete the assignment or assign the specified node to a different location.
