Can't assign negative cell <name> with differential I/O standard to negative pin <name> because negative pin <name> has another I/O cell assignment


CAUSE: You assigned the specified negative cell with a differential I/O standard to the specified negative pin. However, the specified negative pin already has another I/O cell assignment. The specified negative cell must be assigned to the specified negative pin when using a differential I/O.
ACTION: Remove the I/O cell assignment currently assigned to the specified negative pin, or assign the I/O cell to a different location.
