CAUSE: You assigned the specified node to the specified ClockLock PLL clock output pin. The assignment is illegal because the ClockLock PLL clock output pin can be fed only by a ClockLock PLL.
ACTION: Assign the specified node to a legal I/O pin or delete the assignment from the node.
