I/O pin <name> was reserved by node <name> because you reserved it, it is needed for a specific device option, or it is needed for a programming pin


CAUSE: The specified pin was reserved by the specified node because you reserved it, it is needed for a specific device option, or it is needed for a programming pin.
ACTION: If you reserved the specified pin, remove your assignment. If the specified pin is needed for a specific device option, disable the device option. If the specified pin is needed for a programming pin, change programming modes so that the pin is no longer required.
