Can't place logic that uses <number> <type> in region <name> because the region can contain only <number> <type>


CAUSE: You used either the Assignment Organizer command (Tools menu) or the Floorplan Editor to assign logic that uses the specified number of logic cells, embedded cells, I/O pins, product terms, or content-addressable memory (CAM) cells to the specified region. However, the Fitter cannot place the logic because it uses more of these items than are available in the region.
ACTION: Assign fewer logic cells, embedded cells, I/O pins, product terms, or CAM cells to the region.
