Quartus

Can't place clique <name> in LAB because logic cells of clique do not all use signal <type>, which is enabled for entire LAB

CAUSE: You used the Assignment Organizer command (Tools menu) to assign the specified clique to a LAB, but some member cells in the specified clique use the specified signal type while others do not. Accordingly, the Fitter cannot place logic cells that do not use this signal in that LAB because the specified signal type is LAB-wide. When this type of signal is used in a LAB, the Fitter cannot place logic cells that do not use this signal in that LAB. All of the member cells in the clique must use or not use the specified signal type.
ACTION: Delete the clique assignment and add a new clique assignment, or break the clique up into smaller cliques.
