Can't place I/O node <name> in pin <name> -- pin is already occupied by node <name>


CAUSE: You or the Fitter assigned the specified I/O node to the specified I/O pin. However, the pin is already been occupied by another node.
ACTION: Delete the assignment on the specified I/O node or assign it to a different location.
