Can't place clique <name> containing <number> logic cells

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of logic cells to the specified clique, but the Fitter cannot place the clique for one or more of the following reasons:
  • The number of logic cells assigned to the clique exceeds the number of available locations in the clique.

  • The assignment requires more signals of a particular type than are available in the clique.

  • The assignment would introduce conflicting placement constraints.

  • For FLEX 10KE, register packing is implemented using cliques. This clique could fail for one of the above reasons.

ACTION: Remove some or all of the logic cells assigned to the clique. Remove register packing for FLEX 10KE if this option was on.
