Node <name> back-annotated to location <name> in LogicLock region <name>, but location is not a legal node location

CAUSE: The specified back-annotated location assigned to the specified node in the specified LogicLock region is not a legal node location on the current device. This message can occur if you edited the back-annotated location assignment in the Entity Settings File (.esf) manually.
ACTION: Use the Contents tab in the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box to delete back-annotated node locations for the specified LogicLock region. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box or the Floorplan Editor to back-annotate LogicLock region contents, rather than editing the ESF manually.
