Node <name> back-annotated to location <name> in LogicLock region <name>, but region does not have an origin

CAUSE: You assigned the specified node to the specified LogicLock region and back-annotated the node to the specified location, but the region does not have an origin. This message can occur when you edit the Entity Settings File (.esf) manually to create LogicLock region assignments.
ACTION: Use the Contents tab in the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box to delete back-annotated node locations in the specified LogicLock region. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box to back-annotate LogicLock regions, rather than editing the ESF manually.
