Node <name> back-annotated to location <name> in LogicLock region <name>, but location is not a legal location on the current device

CAUSE: You assigned the specified node to the specified LogicLock region and back-annotated the node to the specified location, but this location is not a legal location on the currently selected device. This message can occur if you selected a different device after back-annotating LogicLock region assignments or if you edited the Entity Settings File (.esf) manually to create LogicLock region assignments.
ACTION: Use the Contents tab in the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box to delete back-annotated node locations in the specified LogicLock region. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box to back-annotate LogicLock regions, rather than editing the ESF manually.
