Node or entity <name> assigned to LogicLock region <name> but also to LogicLock region <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified node or entity to both specified LogicLock regions, but a node or entity may only be assigned to one LogicLock region. This message can occur when you edit the Entity Settings File (.esf) manually to create LogicLock region assignments.
ACTION: Use the Assignment Organizer dialog box (Tools menu) to delete the node or entity from one of the LogicLock regions. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the LogicLock Regions window to assign nodes and entities to LogicLock regions, rather than editing the ESF manually.
