Width <number> of LogicLock region <name> causes this region to exceed the bounds of its ancestor LogicLock region <name> -- maximum legal width is <number>

CAUSE: You assigned the first specified LogicLock region the first specified width, and you made this region a descendant LogicLock region of the second specified LogicLock region, but the height that you specified causes the first region to exceed the bounds of the second region. This message can occur when you edit the Entity Settings File (.esf) manually to create LogicLock region assignments.
ACTION: Use the LogicLock Regions window to resize the specified child region so that its width is less than or equal to the specified maximum width. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the LogicLock Regions window to specify LogicLock region width, rather than editing the ESF manually.
