Can't place node <name> at back-annotated location <location> in LogicLock region <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified node assigned to the specified LogicLock region and back-annotated the node to the specified location, but the Fitter cannot place the node at this location because the location is not a legal location on the target device or contains a different type of logic from that required by the node.
ACTION: Use the Contents tab in the LogicLock Region Properties dialog box to delete back-annotated node locations in the specified LogicLock region.
