Cascin port of WYSIWYG LCELL primitive <name> is connected to gate primitive <name>, but must be connected to a WYSIWYG LCELL

CAUSE: The cascin port of the specified WYSIWYG LCELL primitive is connected to the specified gate primitive, but a WYSIWYG LCELL can only cascade in from another WYSIWYG LCELL primitive.
ACTION: Change the cascade out port to a normal input or replace the source gate with a WYSIWYG LCELL primitive.
