Cin port of WYSIWYG LCELL primitive <name> connected to gate primitive <name>, but must be connected to a WYSIWYG LCELL

CAUSE: The cin port of the specified WYSIWYG LCELL primitive is connected to the specified gate primitive, but a WYSIWYG LCELL primitive can only carry in from another WYSIWYG LCELL primitive.
ACTION: Change the cin port to a normal input or replace the source gate primitive with a WYSIWYG LCELL primitive.
