softreset signal on GXB transmitter or receiver channel or resetall signal on XGMII state machine <name> must be same signal as the one driving GXB transmitter PLL areset port in same quad


CAUSE: The softreset signal on the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter or receiver channel or the resetall signal on the specified XGMII state machine should be the same signal as the one that drives the areset port of the GXB transmitter PLL in the same quad.
ACTION: Modify the design or delete the location assignment for the GXB transmitter or receiver channel or XGMII state machine so that the GXB transmitter or receiver softreset signal or the XGMII state machine resetall signal is the same signal as the one that drives the areset port of the GXB transmitter PLL in the same quad.
