Can't place I/O pin <name> to location <name> because it already has incompatible custom region assignment (<number>, <number>) to (<number>, <number>) made by <name> source


CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin to the specified custom region made by the specified source. However, the Fitter cannot place the I/O pin in the region due to hardware constraints.
ACTION: Assign the specified I/O pin to different region or delete the custom region assignment.
