You mapped other memory regions and did not leave at least 16KB of space unmapped in the current ARM-based Excalibur device for the SRAM.

When you generate a flash programming file, you must use the SBD File to map 16KB of space, or leave at least 16KB of space unmapped, for temporary SRAM in the ARM-based Excalibur device.

ACTION:

Edit the SBD File to map the temporary SRAM, or leave at least 16KB of space unmapped for the SRAM.
