System Build Descriptor File maps 0x<number> bytes of contiguous RAM, but must map at least 100 bytes

CAUSE: You attempted to generate a flash programming file. However, when editing the System Build Descriptor File (.sbd) for the current project, you did not map at least 100 bytes of contiguous SDRAM, SRAM, and dual-port RAM for the current ARM-based Excalibur device. When you generate a flash programming file, you must use the SBD File to map memory regions so the device contains at least 100 bytes of contiguous RAM. The text of the message indicates the largest amount of contiguous RAM that you mapped.
ACTION: Edit the SBD File to map a block of memory regions that has at least 100 bytes of contiguous RAM.
