CAUSE: You used an incorrect memory radix in the specified line when you created or edited the specified Memory Initialization File (.mif) outside the Quartus II or MAX+PLUS II software. The radix of memory cells must be binary, hexadecimal, octal, signed decimal, or unsigned decimal.
ACTION: Correct the memory radix in the file.
