Can't select a device because the settings are too restrictive: package = <name>, pin count = <name>, speed grade = <name>

CAUSE: You directed the Compiler to select a target device for the current design, and specified the devices from which you want the Compiler to select the target device. However, the device settings are too restrictive and leave no device available for auto device selection.
ACTION: Specify different device settings by changing the characteristics of the devices from which the Compiler selects the target device.
