However, either the length of the device chain in the Programmer window does not match the length of the physical device chain, the board is not powered on, or the programming hardware is not connected. |
| ACTION: | Make sure the board is powered on and programming hardware is connected properly. Then, add or remove devices and/or programming files from the device chain in the Programmer window, or add or remove devices from the physical device chain. |
