nSTATUS pin failed to remain high on device <number>


CAUSE:

You attempted to configure the specified device by clicking Start in the Programmer window, but the nSTATUS pin did not remain high on that device during or at the end of configuration as it should have done. As a result, configuration was unsuccessful. This problem can be caused by:

  • Communications cables not securely connected

  • Incorrect device selected

  • No power to target system

ACTION: Make sure all cables are securely connected, select a different device, or check the power on the target system.
