Quartus

nSTATUS pin failed to go or remain high

CAUSE:

You attempted to configure the device(s) by clicking Start in the Programmer window, but the target device sensed the nSTATUS pin low during configuration. The nSTATUS pin should have gone high and remained high during configuration. As a result, configuration was unsuccessful. This problem can be caused by:

  • Communications cables not securely connected

  • Incorrect device selected

  • No power to target system

ACTION: Make sure all cables are securely connected, select a different device, or check the power on the target system.
