Can't use programming file <name> because it contains an unsupported file extension


CAUSE: The Quartus II software cannot use the specified programming file for programming or configuration because the file extension is not a Quartus-supported extension for programming files. The Quartus II software supports Programmer Object Files (.pof), SRAM Object Files (.sof), and Chain Description Files (.cdf).
ACTION: Use the MAX+PLUS II software to program or configure a device with the programming file.
