Module blocks that define Excalibur embedded processor stripe in System Build Descriptor File cannot be used because <text>

CAUSE: You manually edited the specified System Build Descriptor File (.sbd), and you added a module block that defines an Excalibur embedded processor stripe of an ARM-based Excalibur device using the parameter type = excalibur_stripe. However, the device block that contains the module block already contains another module block with the type = excalibur_stripe parameter. An ARM-based Excalibur device contains only one stripe, and therefore the device block for the device must contain only one module block that defines the stripe. As a result, the Compiler, or the makeprogfile utility that the Software Builder is using to process the SBD File, cannot use the module blocks.
ACTION: Remove one of the module blocks that contains the type = excalibur_stripe parameter. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the ARM-based Excalibur MegaWizard Plug-In, which is available from the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, to modify the SBD File, rather than editing the SBD File manually.
