Severity level keyword in Assert Statement is <text>, but must be INFO, ERROR, or WARNING

CAUSE: In an Assert Statement in a Text Design File (.tdf), you did not use the INFO, ERROR, or WARNING keyword after the SEVERITY keyword. You must use one of these three keywords after the SEVERITY keyword.
ACTION: Change the keyword to INFO, ERROR, or WARNING.
