Input port <name>.<name> cannot be used as a value

CAUSE: In a Text Design File (.tdf), you used the specified input port as a value by using the port on the right of a Boolean equation. You cannot use an input port as a value; in a Boolean equation, you must use an input port only on the left of an equation (that is, you can only assign a value to the input port).
ACTION: Replace the input port on the right of the Boolean equation with a value that is legal in a Boolean expression. If you want, assign a value to the input port by using the port on the left of a Boolean equation.
