VHDL error at <location>: value covered by choice <name> is already covered by another choice

CAUSE: In a construct at the specified location in a VHDL Design File (.vhd), you used the specified choice for a value. However, another choice in the construct already covers the value.
ACTION: Remove one of the choices for the value.
