| CAUSE: | In the Default I/O standard list in the Voltage tab of the Device & Pin Options dialog box, you specified an I/O standard with a voltage different from the core voltage of the current device. When this condition occurs, the Quartus II software uses the MultiVolt IO interface feature. However, use of this feature causes an extra time delay. |
