Quartus

Inserting extra timing delay for MultiVolt IO interface

CAUSE: In the Default I/O standard list in the Voltage tab of the Device & Pin Options dialog box, you specified an I/O standard with a voltage different from the core voltage of the current device. When this condition occurs, the Quartus II software uses the MultiVolt IO interface feature. However, use of this feature causes an extra time delay.
ACTION: If you want to use the currently specified I/O standard, no action is required. The timing information includes the extra delay associated with using the MultiVolt IO interface. Otherwise, you can change the I/O standard to correspond with the currently selected device.
