CAUSE: You used the Assignment Organizer command (Tools menu) to specify a delay for the specified node for the FastRow Interconnect Delay logic option; however, the Fitter cannot achieve the specified delay for the current device. Instead, the Fitter achieved the closest possible delay to your requested delay.
ACTION: No action is required.
