Can't place DQS I/O pin <name> and its associated DQ I/O pins in designated DQS I/O pin <name> in device because its associated DQ I/O pins cannot be placed in designated DQ I/O pins in device

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified DQS I/O pin and its associated DQ I/O pins at the specified designated DQS I/O pin in the device because its associated DQ I/O pins cannot be placed in designated DQ I/O pins in the device.
ACTION: No action is required.
