Software build was <successful, NOT successful, stopped, or canceled due to an error>


CAUSE:

You started a software build. As a result, the Software Builder performed one of the following actions:

  • Completed the software build either successfully or unsuccessfully.

  • Stopped the software build when you directed the Software Builder to stop the process.

  • Canceled the software build due to an error.

The message text indicates which action occurred.


ACTION:

Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then perform one of the following actions:

  • If the software build was successful, no action is required.

  • If the software build was unsuccessful, you may need to edit the software source file(s) to complete the software build successfully. You can locate the sources of error and/or warning messages in the Messages window.

  • If you stopped the software build, you can restart the software build from the beginning.

  • If the software build was canceled due to an error, contact Altera Applications for assistance.
