Design Assistant warning: <Only one VREF pin should be assigned to HardCopy test pin in an I/O bank>. Found <number> I/O banks where the following VREF pins are assigned to the following HardCopy test pins.

CAUSE: In the current design, the Design Assistant found the specified number of I/O banks where you or the Fitter assigned two or more VREF pins to HardCopy test pins. However, these assignments may cause errors in a HardCopy device. The submessage(s) of this message list the I/O bank(s) the Design Assistant found, the VREF pin(s) that are assigned to HardCopy test pins in each I/O bank, and the HardCopy test pin(s) each I/O bank contains.
ACTION: Make sure you do not assign more than one VREF pin to a HardCopy test pin in an I/O bank. Refer to the submessage(s) of this message to determine which pins in an I/O bank are HardCopy test pins. To prevent the Fitter from assigning VREF pins to HardCopy test pins, create and assign the VREF pin instead of allowing the Fitter to do so.
