Quartus

Assigned <name> is 0, but must be a positive number greater than 0. Using default fmax requirement.

CAUSE: You used a Tcl script or used a text editor to modify the Entity Settings File (.esf) to assign an fMAX requirement of 0 or less. However, the fMAX requirement must be a value greater than 0. When the Quartus II software encounters an illegal fMAX requirement value, it uses the default value you specified for the requirement.
ACTION: If you do not want to use the default value, change the value of the fMAX to a value greater than zero.
