Ignored named operator <name> -- operator is named in arithmetic expression and not in Boolean expression that generates logic

CAUSE: In an arithmetic expression in a Text Design File (.tdf), you created the specified named operator. However, you can name operators only in Boolean expressions that generate logic. The Compiler ignored the named operator.
ACTION: If the named operator does not cause errors in the current design, no action is required. If you want to avoid receiving this message in the future, remove the named operator you created from the arithmetic expression. If you want to use the named operator in the TDF, name the operator in a new or existing Boolean expression.
