CAUSE: | In a Text Design File (.tdf), you used, but did not define, the specified symbolic name as a single-range or dual-range group. The Quartus II software attempted to treat the symbolic name as previously declared nodes. For example, if you declare a1 , a2 , and a3 as nodes and use the symbolic name a [1..3] , the Quartus II software treats the name as the nodes a1 , a2 , and a3 . |
ACTION: | If the Quartus II software found and used previously declared nodes that you want it to use, no action is required. If the Quartus II software cannot find previously declared nodes for the group, if you do not want the Quartus II software to use previously declared nodes, or if you want to avoid receiving this message in the future, define the symbolic name as a single-range or a dual-range group. |
