One or more files in directory <name> have the same name as files located in one or more library directories. Do you want to rename the files in directory <name> (the prefix "old" will be added to the files)?

CAUSE: You specified a user library for the project in the User Library Pathnames dialog box, which is available from the New Project wizard (File menu), but one or more files in the specified directory also exist under the same name in either the default library or another library created in the Quartus II software. If you do not change the name of the files in the directory either by allowing the Quartus II software to add the prefix "old" to them, or changing the names manually, the Compiler and Simulator will ignore the files in the specified directory when searching the libraries during compilation or simulation. The Quartus II software is asking if you want to rename the files and create the user library.
ACTION: Click Yes to add the prefix "old" to the files in the specified directory and create the user library, click No to leave all files unchanged but create the user library, or click Cancel to return to the New Project wizard leaving the files unchanged and not creating the user library.
