Altera recommends manually setting trigger nodes allocated to take advantage of the incremental route feature. Do you want the nodes allocated to match the current number of nodes used?

CAUSE: You set the Trigger nodes allocated and Data nodes allocated boxes to Auto, and started incremental routing by either turning on Inc Rte for pre-synthesis nodes, or adding post-fitting nodes, and saved the current SignalTap II File (.stp) or attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
ACTION: Click Yes to set the Data nodes allocated and Trigger nodes allocated to manual, click No to leave the settings at Auto, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
