Quartus

Jam File, Jam Byte-Code File, Serial Vector Format File, or In System Configuration File <name> already exists. Do you want to overwrite file?

CAUSE: You typed the name of an existing Jam File (.jam), Jam Byte-Code File (.jbc), Serial Vector Format File (.svf), or In System Configuration File (.isc) in the File name box of the Create/Update > Create Jam, SVF, or ISC File dialog box (File menu), and then you clicked OK. However, the file name you typed already exists. If you continue, the new Jam File, JBC File, SVF File, or ISC File you create will overwrite the existing file with the same name. The Quartus II software is asking whether you want to overwrite the file.
ACTION: Click Yes to overwrite the existing file, or click No to cancel the operation.
