Technology File for MOSIS HP 0.5 micon
This technology file defines the layers needed for the HP 0.5 micon
technology available through mosis. The technology file also defines
cells and definitions needed for place & route. A grid size of 0.1
micron is used to allow absolute dimensions for pads. Several layer
purposes have been added to allow for the extraction of special devices
such as resistors. The tech file also includes stream mapping for writing
GDSII from layout. A display resource file is also included for the
layers defined in the tech file.
