10. Now run place and route. Click on the ISE 5.1 taskbar to activate the taskbar then click on the Place and Route icon. Xilinx integration includes the high-level Floorplanner, the ISE 5.1 place and route environment and the Xpower power estimation utility. In addition, Precision Synthesis generates accurate Xilinx NCF files for all combinations of clocks and constraints.

	11. From the project browser double-click on the icon labeled View Placement. This launches the Xilinx Floorplanner on the final .ncd file generated from place and route. Here you can view the placement of the design.
