1. First invoke Precision Synthesis.
If you did not exit from Lab 1 then simply select "File -> New
Project" from the Main window menu. Do not save the old project.
Set the new working directory to "Lab2".
2. Using the Design taskbar, add the input file "addressed_reg.vhd. Also add the constraint file "constraints.sdc". Both files are in the "Lab2" directory.
(Note: in order to find the constraints file, at the bottom of the "Open" window, select -> Files of type: All Files).

3. Notice the appearance of the "constraints.sdc"
file in the Project Files Browser. Double-click on the constraint file
to display the constraints in Precision Synthesis' text editor. Recall
that Precision Synthesis uses industry- standard "SDC" constraints
format.
4. Using the Design Bar, set up the design for the Virtex II 2V40cs144-6 device.
Do not set a "design frequency" - in this lab we use constraint files and the GUI to set constraints.
