Pins in I/O bank are assigned I/O standards with different output voltages


CAUSE: You assigned I/O standards with 2.5-V and 3.3-V output voltages to the same I/O bank in the same device. A given I/O bank can contain only one output voltage.
ACTION: Reassign the output pins with different output voltage I/O standards to separate I/O banks.
