Can't assign nodes to all non-differential I/O standard pins

CAUSE: You assigned nodes to all the non-differential I/O standard pins in the device. However, the Fitter cannot assign these nodes because there are no legal locations on the device where the Fitter can place these nodes. This error can occur for any number of reasons, including assigning conflicting I/O standards to the pins, or assigning nodes to more pins than the device can contain.
ACTION: View assignments in the Current Assignments floorplan and make any necessary edits to the assignments.
